Insurance

The Producer or Production company must indemnify the London Borough of Enfield, its officers, employees, contractors and tenants against any claims or proceedings arising directly from any injury to persons or damage to property as a result of the activities of the producer, the production company or its agents.

All Producers and Production companies working in public areas or council-owned or operated properties must carry third party or public liability insurance of a minimum ?5,000,000 per individual claim.

All parties wishing to film in the Borough must provide Reel Film Locations with a copy of their third party or public liability cover note prior to the start of work.
