Filming Guidelines

Contracts & Fees

If your shoot is on property owned or managed by the London Borough of Enfield, we will send you a filming contract which will cover the following points:

• Access permission including the term
• Details of the filming rights
• Health and safety
• Indemnity and insurance
• Fees
• Special stipulations

This must be signed and returned to Reel Film Locations before shooting starts.

Charges for services, parking or administration will be invoiced, generally together with the location fee. Charges will depend on your type of production: for example, low impact TV shoots attract different charges to high impact cinema feature shoots.

Payments fall due on presentation of our invoice and VAT will be charged at the current rate. Payment must be received by or on the first day of filming unless by prior arrangement.

We accept payment by cash, cheque, electronic bank transfer and credit/debit card.
